In Kangqiao, Shanghai, it was found that children's blood lead is far more than normal level. 
The government identified that it is due to the lead emissions from Shanghai Johnson Controls International Battery Co., Ltd. 
Shanghai Johnson Controls belongs to the global lead-acid battery giant Johnson Controls, Inc. (JCI.NYSE).
