Shanghai's minimum wage to be RMB1,450 per month

Since April 1, city workers in Shanghai will have monthly minimum wage increased from RMB1,280 to RMB1,450 (approx. US$230). 
The minimum wage will be increased from RMB11 per hour to RMB12.5 per hour.
