China's mobile broadband connection speed is one of the two slowest in the world

GSMA (Global System for Mobile Communications Association), released the report shows that, the China's mobile broadband connection speed is one of the two slowest in the world, i.e., India and China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). 
As of 2010, mobile internet speed in Japan or Korea is 28 times faster than that of China's. 
However, charges to China's mobile phone users are among the highest in the world.
