The court refused Proview Shenzhen's request that to stop the sale of iPad in Shanghai.The court replied that, Apple Shanghai is now selling "iPad" Tablet PC from the Apple company in U.S., the "iPad trademark" ownership disputes between Apple Shanghai and Proview Shenzhen is now under legal process in Guangdong Higher Court hearing; before the Higher Court to make the final judgment, the trademark ownership right is still in an indeterminate state.
Therefore, it is still questionable whether Apple Shanghai's sales of "iPad" Tablet PC is legally an infringement.
